If you receive any solicitation for jobs or offer of service contracts from a purported tenant at one of our properties, or receive any requests purportedly from the staff or management office at one of our affiliated companies/properties to transfer funds or make payment by electronic means, please verify the authenticity of the request (e.g. whether the tenant exists, if the job request is real, etc.) and the bank account details before proceeding with the transfer. We strongly encourage you to perform your due diligence or call us at +65 6235 2077 to check.

We do not and will not send you a payment request from a free email provider (including but not limited to Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail) or through a messaging app (including but not limited to WhatsApp, Telegram, Line and WeChat).
