We would like to clarify the arrangement for utilities charges and auto-gate maintenance as follow:

  • Amenities Charges

    The Landlord shall provide a monthly invoice in respect of the consumption of electricity, gas and water for the premises and the tenant shall pay to the Landlord for the amenities charges, in accordance with the monthly invoice prepared by the Landlord based on the reading on the meter. The monthly invoice on the consumption of amenities in the premises shall be final and conclusive.

    In addition, Tenant shall pay all telephone charges, television licence and such pay television Licence (if any).

  • Auto Gate Maintenance

    The Tenants of the house on the left and right of shall share equally the costs for the maintenance of the Auto Gate at the respective property. The Landlord will take up a servicing contract for the maintenance of the Auto Gate and bill the Tenants of the house on the left and right accordingly. Each Tenant shall bear 50% of the said total bill.

  • Duplex tenants will be sharing one letter box and car porch area.
